A standout 2024 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 is currently looking for a new owner in Miami, coming with an asking price of $159,980. The mileage is not mentioned in the post.
Taking a look at the SUV`s exterior, this may be considered just another high-end, luxurious SUV signed by Maybach. There is the familiar glossy black finish with chrome surrounding the entire body. The grille also features Mayback`s signature, while the rear pillars highlight the brand logos.
The other distinctive element is also touching on the shiny trim that is evident on some sections of the front bumper section, windows, or other details on the exterior, giving the SUV a formal appearance opposed to an aggressive one.
Nothing suggests suspension work or aftermarket wheel changes. It remains on factory alloys and the ground clearance seems to be the same.
Seats in the cabin are covered with white leather, with the upholstery being in the shape of a diamond with the brown piping around the edges. Ambient lighting is provided with a number of colors throughout the cabin, and rear passengers are also provided with their own entertainment system. The front section retains the anticipated dual-screen design and the steering wheel features white and black trim.
The rear section of the cabin is arranged for two passengers only. Instead of a bench, there are individual seats divided by a large center console. Extended footrests are fitted for the rear occupants, and a separate HVAC setup serves that part of the interior. That alone makes clear where this vehicle places its priorities.
With regard to power figures, the 2024 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 will have the standard V8 4.0-liter twin-turbo engine, with a mild-hybrid configuration. The power ceases at 550 horsepower, which is achieved between 6,000 and 65,000 rpm. Torque is also between 2,500 and 4,500 rpm; it is 770 Nm.
This enables the GLS 600 to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds, which in such a big SUV is actually staggering.
Comfort equipment, cabin presentation, and rear-seat experience clearly matter more here than acceleration charts. Even so, the drivetrain does enough to keep the GLS 600 from ever feeling slow.
What remains missing is the odometer reading. Still, even without that detail, the price alone explains why this Miami example stands out a little more than most used listings in the same category.
